We want any return or order issue to be handled clearly and efficiently.

Incorrect, damaged or non-conforming goods

If you receive:

• the wrong product;
• a damaged product;
• an incomplete order; or
• a product that does not correspond to its description,

contact us at info@dentys.lt with your order number and details of the issue. Where possible, please include photographs.

We handle these cases individually and as quickly as possible.

Consumer orders

Where the buyer is a consumer, goods purchased online are generally subject to the statutory right to withdraw from a distance contract within 14 days, subject to the exceptions provided by applicable law.

Goods should be returned in a condition that allows their nature, characteristics and functioning to be assessed.

For genuine health-protection or hygiene reasons, the right of withdrawal may not apply to certain sealed or protectively packaged goods once that seal has been opened and the nature of the product means it cannot safely be resold.

Clinics and other business customers

The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not automatically apply to orders placed by legal entities or other business customers.

If a clinic wishes to return goods that otherwise conform to the order, please contact us before sending them back. Such requests are assessed individually, taking into account the nature of the product, the condition of the packaging and whether the product can be resold.

This does not limit rights relating to defective, damaged or incorrectly supplied goods.

Sending a return

Before sending any goods back, contact us at info@dentys.lt.

Once the return has been confirmed, we will provide the appropriate return method and return address for that specific order.

Return shipping costs depend on the reason for the return and applicable legal requirements. Where the error is ours or the product is defective, we will agree the appropriate solution with the customer before the goods are sent back.
