Terms of Sale

These Terms of Sale apply to orders placed through dentys.lt.

2. Customers and access

Dentys supplies dental professionals and clinics, as well as students and other customers where a product is available for public purchase.

Prices and ordering functionality for certain professional products are available only to verified professional customers.

3. Products and prices

We aim to keep product descriptions, images, codes and prices accurate and current.

The final order price, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before the order is confirmed.

If an obvious technical or data-entry error results in an incorrect price or product information being displayed, we will contact the customer before fulfilling the affected order.

Where an order cannot lawfully or reasonably be fulfilled on the displayed terms, amounts paid for the affected order will be refunded.

4. Availability

Product availability may vary.

Some products are held in stock, while others are sourced from suppliers on demand. Where a product has a longer expected delivery time, this is shown on the product page or confirmed with the customer.

5. Placing an order

An order is placed by completing the checkout process on dentys.lt and receiving an order confirmation.

If product availability or another material detail requires confirmation before fulfilment, we will contact the customer using the details supplied with the order.

6. Delivery

Online orders are currently accepted for delivery within Lithuania.

Available delivery methods, restrictions and costs are displayed during checkout.

7. Returns

Consumers retain the rights provided under Lithuanian and European Union consumer law, including the right to withdraw from a distance contract where applicable.

The statutory 14-day consumer withdrawal right does not automatically apply to business purchases.

8. Defective or incorrect goods

If an item is defective, damaged or does not correspond to the order, contact us at info@dentys.lt.

The customer's mandatory statutory rights are not excluded or improperly restricted by these Terms.

9. Professional use

Certain Dentys products are intended for professional dental use.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that products are used in accordance with the manufacturer's instructions, intended purpose and applicable professional requirements.

Consumer complaints are handled in accordance with applicable law.

Where a dispute cannot be resolved directly with the seller, consumers may contact the Lithuanian State Consumer Rights Protection Authority (VVTAT).

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Lithuania.

Mandatory consumer-protection rights continue to apply to the extent that they cannot legally be excluded or limited.
